CORFE CASTLE
Corfe castle is a lovely 1.5 mile walk from the campsite. You can go straight from the camping field onto Corfe common which will bring you out at the edge of the village and from there it is a short walk down the high street to the Castle. We ask that everyone sticks to the footpaths as some of our fields are not accessible to Corfe and they will be home to some of our cows which don't like to be disturbed. Thanks
WALKS FROM THE CAMPSITE
The hill opposite Corfe Castle can be walked to from the farm and has some spectacular views of Poole harbour and over Corfe Castle if accessed from the farm it can be a nice gentle walk with a stone track up on to the hill suitable for a pram or a family walk. It can also be accessed from Corfe castle but this route includes a high number of steep steps and is only for the adventurous walkers.
Some of our campers last year enjoyed walking to Kingston to go to the pub for dinner this is a walk up a steep hill but most found it enjoyable.
